De unde fac rost de toate condimentele macinate? Pot sa folosesc si altceva in loc? Stiu ca se gaseste gimbir macinat, restul cred ca doar intregi (in afara de scortisoara). Pot sa folosesc 5 arome, condiment chinezesc in loc? Are parca scortisoara, cuisoare, ghimbir, anason stelat si nucsoara, trebuie sa ma uit pe borcan.
